Terms and conditions

  1. Registrations

 

The fees must be paid in full when registering for the training. The accepted payment methods and in order of preference are as follows:

 

Please note that all prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.

 

Gift certificates purchased are not refundable or convertible into cash. If prices change between the time of purchase and the time of use, you may have to pay the difference.

 

Taxes are not included in our prices.

 

Only one discount applicable per customer, discounts cannot be combined

 

An insufficient number of registrations will result in the postponement of the course or session. If necessary, every effort will be made to establish a new date on the schedule. If this is not possible, there will be a refund.

2. Postponement or cancellation of lessons

 

If the student does not show up for a training day, Kopt R Image is not obliged to return to that day.

​

Kopt R Image is not responsible for any delay or cancellation resulting from force majeure such as weather, strike, lock-out, fire and any other cause beyond its control which makes it impossible to hold courses.

​

Certain activities of Kopt R Image are dependent on the weather. In case of postponement or cancellation due to inadequate weather conditions, Kopt R Image is not responsible for any losses suffered such as loss of salary, accommodation costs or transport costs.

 

3. Cancellation and refund policy

 

All cancellation and refund requests should be sent in writing to info@koptrimage.com.

More than 5 working days before the start of the course : full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

Less than 3 working days before the start of the course : reimbursement of 50% of the registration fees.

Less than 1 working day before the start of the course : no refund

After the start of the course : no refund

 

Cancellation by Kopt R Image :

 

In the event that Kopt R Image is obliged to cancel a training course, the registration fees will be fully reimbursed (without administrative fees).

 

The payment of the invoice serves as a signature and acceptance of the general conditions.
